Sungguh malang nasib Dede Tegar. Bayi berusia 8 bulan ini alami sejumlah cacat fisik. Bibirnya sumbing, Dede juga tidak memiliki tangan kanan, sedangkan tangan kirinya hanya berjumlah 4 jari.
